Founded back in 1976, Flannels is one of the UK’s leading luxury retailers both online and across 45 physical store locations. Flannels Beauty houses a range of popular and designer beauty products, from makeup and skincare to fragrances.

Wanting to promote their popular range, Flannels reached out to MUSE. The Agency to source out the perfect talent from our impressive roster. The brand hand selected our superstar Lily Rowland, who recently hit 500k followers on TikTok, to partner with and market their products. She was put to the test and tasked with writing her own script and creating engaging and authentic content which encouraged self love in 2022, using all products available from the skincare range at Flannels Beauty.

Lily produced captivating video content, promoting empowerment through rituals and routines that deliver long-lasting self-love habits. The video posted to her TikTok page proved to be a huge success, generated over 10k views in the first 24 hours alone.

This incredible amount of engagement directed consumers to the Flannels site, earning the brand an impressive return on their investment.
