Black-feminist organisation, IMKAAN, have collaborated with Luxe To Kill to create their latest campaign to raise over £20,000! London-based IMKAAN, have continually addressed violence against BME (Black and Minority Ethnic) women for almost 20 years and have conducted research into the overlooked needs of BME women and girls. The money raised will go towards continuing this research, supporting partnerships with likeminded charities, and into funding essential IMKAAN services. Luxe to Kill have a track record of self-awareness; from steering away from the ‘fast fashion’ cycle, to rebranding the word ‘nude’. Their latest collaboration with IMKAAN aims to celebrate the differences between women and the various spirited cultures they bring to the fashion world, all in honour of International Women’s Day.
