The popular brand is impressively sold in over 50,000 salons across the globe and was even the first hair tool sponsor of the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. To increase their online sales even further, GHD is now stocked and sold by the world famous online retailer, ASOS.
Wanting to promote and effectively advertise the new GHD iD Original Styler across TikTok, ASOS reached out to MUSE The Agency for our extensive roster of content creators. Our beautiful Mia Dickerson was hand selected by the brand to take part in this exciting influencer marketing opportunity.
Our MUSE received her gifted GHD styling iron in the limited edition, light pink colour, along with ASOS branded clothing items and a brand devised content brief. She was to create a piece of original video content consisting of two hair looks using the key product and wearing the brand’s clothes. Mia effectively promoted the brand, demonstrating the iron’s ease of use, showing off the free stickers sent with every order and even advertised other items such as the detangling comb, GHD ‘Bodyguard’ Heat Spray and the GHD ‘Dramatic Ending’ Serum.
The video was posted to Mia’s personal TikTok and loyal following of 143.8k, generating a huge amount of engagement and earning the brand a high return on their investment.
