Founded in Italy way back in 1911, the brand has been making popular sportswear since the 1970s, following an endorsement from Björn Borg. Now South Korean owned since January 2007, the well-established brand manufacturers both shoes and apparel.
Wanting to promote the brand’s versatility across social channels, Fila reached out to MUSE The Agency for our extensive roster of talent. Our styling queen and ultimate ‘cool-girl’, Astrid Lonsdale, was hand selected for the task, briefed with taking natural image content for her instagram feed that drew attention to the Fila products. Sporting the ‘Lennon Pointelle Knitted Collar Top’ in white and the ‘Electrove 2’ white trainers our MUSE nailed the assignment, taking paparazzi inspired content images that effectively showed off the items.
Astrid posted the content to her loyal instagram following of over 23k, where it proved to be a huge success and generated a huge amount of engagement. As a result, viewers were directed to the Fila website and encouraged to make a purchase and earn our client a high return on their investment.
